Have an issue?

If you have any questions about your Inverse Hair Conditioning System, please get in touch with our Inverse Care Team. They will be able to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

If your product, has a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship call us on the number below. Do not send your product back, before contacting the Inverse Care Team, as you will need to be issued with a returns code.

Roholm Limited (“Roholm”) warrants that this product will be free from any defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of consumer purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If the product should become defective within the Warranty Period, Roholm will replace the product or defective part free of charge. To return the product or defective part, you must get in touch with the Roholm / Inverse Care Team and get a “Returns Approval code”.

Roholm does not give returns for change of mind.

When returning your product, you must include:

  1. The filled out ‘Inverse Customer Returns’ sheet, as issued by the Roholm / Inverse Care Team;
  2. The defective product or part;
  3. Proof of purchase date.

If any of the details above are not provided we may not be able to provide you with a replacement.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:

  1. Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product;
  2. Storage or use of the product that does not comply with the instruction manual provided;
  3. Use with unauthorised accessories or products; or
  4. Any other conditions beyond our control.

Roholm will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, special damages, economic loss or loss of profit, whether arising in contract or tort, that may arise from your use of the product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to within the Warranty Period.

Nothing in this product excludes or modifies the legal rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or otherwise which cannot be excluded or modified at law. All warranties, liabilities and obligations, except as expressly set out in this product warranty are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, where you are in trade, we both agree that the products are supplied by us in trade and are acquired by you in trade, and we both agree to contract out of the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

30-DAY GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Roholm Ltd is committed to providing you with high-quality, no-compromise products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may be eligible to return the products for a refund under the Roholm Ltd Satisfaction Guarantee. This is in addition to any rights and remedies which may be available to you under New Zealand Consumer Law or the Australian Consumer Law. The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is available for New Zealand and Australian customers only.

Damaged product

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact Roholm Ltd Customer Care immediately. Roholm Ltd can replace the products at no charge within 30 days from the invoice date. In some circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:

  1. Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product;
  2. Storage or use of the product that does not comply with the instruction manual provided;
  3. Use with unauthorised accessories or products; or
  4. Any other conditions beyond our control.

Unsatisfactory results

To qualify for the 30-day guarantee, you must use Inverse at least 20 times within a 30-day period.

Terms

  • This guarantee only applies to your very first order on your account or any item you are trying for the first time.
  • Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
  • Roholm Ltd reserves the right to decline a refund if a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) was not issued prior to returning the product(s). See below for the returns process.
  • Roholm Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of postage of any returned items.
  • Roholm Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage caused during the return process and therefore it is recommended articles are returned via Registered Mail or a tracked service.
  • By law, Roholm Ltd reserves the right to reject returns or replacements on orders which are in breach of our Policies and Procedures.
  • You are required to return all items in their original packaging.
  • Unauthorised Online Sales via Ebay, TradeMe or other third party sites are not protected by the Roholm Ltd Returns Policy.
  • Roholm Ltd reserves the right to reject repetitive returns or replacements.

Returns

If eligible for a refund, Roholm Ltd will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our distribution center.

When returning your product, you must include:

  3. Proof of purchase date.
