Roholm has staged pricing for shipping to its national and international locations. Please proceed through the checkout to find pricing for your region. We also ship for free from time to time. We hold the right to change shipping costs without notice.

Goods will be delivered on working days only. We do not offer deliveries or process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. All orders are processed in New Zealand and as per the New Zealand calendar.

If you decide to purchase any Inverse product while visiting a country we ship to, we hold no responsibility to pay onward costs should your product arrive late and you’re no longer in the country. If you are not a permanent resident of the countries we ship to, you choose to purchase online at your own risk.

Delivery occurs on working days between the hours of 9am- 5pm. To minimise delivery disruptions, please consider sending your parcel to an address that is occupied during delivery times. We do not ship to a PO Box address. Roholm Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to missing or incorrect delivery information.

Please Note: We aim to dispatch parcels within three working days from the time of receipt of your order. This may vary due to high order volumes on any given day.

International Shipping Policy

Roholm offers various international shipping methods. The average shipping time is 10 business days, depending on the Country, the size of the town the order is shipping to and the shipping method selected.

  • The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Roholm, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • We offer multiple international options, however, not all are available in every delivery location.
  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Roholm has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Roholm's original delivery estimates. Roholm is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties and fees.
  • If the customer chooses not to accept the package and pay for the taxes or fees, Roholm will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to New Zealand. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If Roholm chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.
